Ad ogni forma di sharing economy, è associato un modello circolare fatto di riuso, riutilizzo e di condivisione.
Stirapp è il caso di una mirabolante startup che vuole ottenere un largo riconoscimento sul territorio nazionale ed europeo. È semplicemente un nome composto che raggruppa i due significati fondamentali di questo concetto: lo stirare (“stira”) e la creazione di un’app (“app” per l’appunto). Effettivamente, questa startup rappresenta una buona base di partenza per tutti coloro che, per dovere o per piacere, non riescono a trovare il tempo o la voglia per fare il proprio bucato e stirarlo.
L’app, disponibile sia per iOS che per Android, dà a chiunque la possibilità di massimizzare e riorganizzare i propri tempi, incaricando Stirapp di fare tutto questo per loro. Basta un semplice click dal proprio smartphone per prenotare il proprio lavoro Lava&Stira (o solo stiro) e poi pensa a tutto Stirapp, compreso il ritiro dei capi e la riconsegna.
È semplice notare come Stirapp abbia preso piede in un contesto sociale come quello italiano: in una famiglia composta da una coppia di lavoratori il tempo libero è risicato per ottemperare ad ogni attività domestica; per i singles in carriera il tempo per lavare e stirare è alquanto residuale.
Stirapp crea quella liaison tra l’individuo desideroso di tempo e l’ottimizzazione del lavoro domestico.
Non solo.
L’app ha forti conseguenze sull’impatto sociale.
Difatti, la società, per contraddistinguersi dagli altri contendenti italiani, tende a decentralizzare il lavoro di lavaggio e stiraggio partendo dalle piccole realtà. Le città metropolitane (Roma, Torino e Milano) sono gestite in toto dai competitor nazionali quali Mamaclean e L’Uman che però, non adottando il modello di sharing economy, sono dunque concentrate solo ed esclusivamente sulle grandi città.
Stirapp, invece, oltre a lavorare nelle città meno popolate, offre una strategia di sviluppo che nasce dalla creazione di forza lavoro generando fonti di reddito aggiuntive.
È semplice! Il costrutto logico che viene seguito dall’app è: Lava&Stira – decentralizzazione dell’operatività – sharing economy = creazione di nuovi posti di lavoro.
Logisticamente non viene lasciato nulla al caso, anzi, si vogliono rendere noti i punti di forza della società. Per la realizzazione del suo intento, Stirapp, infatti, non si serve di grandi lavanderie industriali che gestiscono il lavoro per lei, ma di persone. Gli Stirapper per l’appunto, uomini e donne, sono coloro che stanno dietro le quinte dell’app e che rappresentano il motore della società. Queste persone vengono selezionate in base alla loro esperienza e al tempo libero da dedicarvi. In questo modo lo stiraggio viene affidato ai cosiddetti Stirapper che riescono così ad aumentare le proprie entrate.
In effetti, per gli Stirapper questo può rappresentare un secondo lavoro che, unito al loro principale, serve ad integrare il proprio stipendio.
Per quanto riguarda il lavaggio, d’altro canto, esso è affidato alle lavanderie locali situate nella varie aree di una città.
Il test operativo che ha iniziato a far conoscere Stirapp è avvenuto a Modena per 10 mesi: dopo aver visto concretizzare i primi risultati sperati, l’app ha lanciato un crowdfunding per:
-il rafforzamento in tutta l’Emilia Romagna;
-l’espansione alle principali città del Nord-Est, Nord-Ovest e Centro Italia;
-il consolidamento pregresso e l’allargamento dell’operatività nelle principali città del Centro-Sud Italia;
-l’affioramento nelle prime città europee;
-l’aumento del potenziale italiano ed europeo.
L’idea vincente, nata da Paolo Gavazza e Pierantonio Guiglia, e supportata secondariamente da Luciano Serra e Fabio Pezzotti, non solo entra prepotentemente nel modello di sharing economy decentralizzando il lavoro e generando fonti di reddito aggiuntive, bensì consente di operare in città di qualunque dimensione senza investimenti strutturali.
