Lo slogan della società recita così: “Investi in CleanBnB: il tuo partner di fiducia per la gestione di affitti brevi e case vacanza in tutta Italia.”
CleanBnB è una startup sull’hosting di camere e appartamenti che ha visto la luce all’inizio del 2016 con il suo primo equity crowdfunding, e che ha ottenuto in poco tempo dei risultati sorprendenti. Con un + 1000% di portafoglio appartamenti rispetto a quello atteso inizialmente, Francesco Zorgno e Tatiana Skachko, i due soci fondatori, hanno bissato con la seconda raccolta fondi. Questa volta il crowdfunding di CleanBnB si è focalizzato su:
- consolidamento dell’assetto organizzativo;
- espansione delle attività in tutta Italia con la relativa riaffermazione della sua presenza nelle piazze già attive;
- sviluppo della piattaforma gestionale.
Questa seconda raccolta fondi, che ha già raggiunto quota 500.000 € in poche settimane, dà anche la possibilità ai grandi investitori di essere City Manager di successo, gestendo le attività di CleanBnB nella propria città.
Affitti brevi senza pensieri
Va però ricordato che CleanBnB non è Airbnb; CleanBnB non è Booking.com. La fortunata startup si interfaccia con esse ma non le emula.
CleanBnB si propone di offrire un servizio pensato esclusivamente per la gestione degli affitti brevi sulle principali piattaforme di hosting sopra citate, servendosi di esse: dalla creazione degli annunci online alla gestione completa del soggiorno (accoglienza, pulizie e biancheria), fino allo svolgimento delle pratiche burocratiche (copertura assicurativa, registrazione in questura, tassa di soggiorno, pratica CAV e adempimenti normativi).
Nel caso specifico, ci si occupa esclusivamente di appartamenti, di camere e di case vacanza: insomma, di affitti brevi.
Nessun hotel. Alcuna ombra di albergo.
La motivazione che sta alla base di tutto è un’attenta analisi in previsione del futuro: infatti, negli anni a venire il settore hospitality ruoterà intorno agli affitti brevi nella veste di appartamenti e di case vacanza. Booking.com e Airbnb stessi, hanno riscontrato una forte decrescita dei soggiorni tradizionali in hotel e in albergo.
Ed è per questo che CleanBnB ha deviato la sua attenzione da hotel e alberghi.
A distanza di due anni, la startup è divenuta una società solida e con tutti i presupposti per continuare il suo percorso di crescita inarrestabile in Italia, in primis, e secondariamente in Europa e nel resto del mondo. Sì, perché guardare oltre nell’universo di CleanBnB si traduce con la massimizzazione delle rendite, garantendo un servizio di elevata qualità senza rinunciare al sogno dello sviluppo in ambito internazionale.
