Sveglia. Giù dal letto. Zombie che si incammina verso la cucina… Apri il frigo per una bella colazione e… come non detto, è scaduto il latte!
L’alimento base del pasto più importante della giornata, si sa, non vanta certo le migliori proprietà di conservazione… ma, da oggi, è concesso piangere sul latte versato!
Ce lo insegnano Antonella Bellina ed Elisa Volpi, che da ormai tre anni portano avanti DueDiLatte, la fashion factory più bio di sempre. E’ infatti dalla caseina, proteina contenuta in ogni tipo di latte, che le due toscane riescono a confezionare capi d’alta moda Made in Italy, esportati in tutta Europa.
Intero, Parzialmente Scremato, Yogurt sono solo alcune delle collezioni nate, nel totale rispetto del’ambiente, dagli scarti di produzione di latte. L’innovativo tessuto si rivela ultra-traspirante, leggerissimo (può vantare il 6% di leggerezza in più rispetto al cotone) e persino idratante, grazie agli amminoacidi rilasciati sulla pelle.
L’ultima novità si chiama Latte di Riso, la collezione nata dalla lavorazione delle proteine e della cellulosa del riso. Proprio questa, infatti, dona al tessuto una morbidezza ed un’elasticità che la rendono paragonabile addirittura al cachemire, aggiungendo inoltre la peculiare capacità di proteggere la pelle dai raggi ultravioletti. Latte di riso, oltre ad una straordinaria sensazione di freschezza, vanta anche effetti benefici sulla circolazione sanguigna, assorbendo i raggi del sole positivi ed escludendo quelli nocivi.
Dall’originale idea dell’ignegner Ferretti, che la scoprì negli anni ’30, oggi la fibra di latte sta avendo sempre più successo nell’industria tessile e i capi proposti da DueDiLatte alla manifestazione Ecomondo di Rimini hanno avuto un ruolo di assoluto primo piano.
Dalle t-shirts alle felpe, dalle coperte alle tende per la casa…la fibra di latte sta conquistando sempre più settori: la dolce bevanda color neve si sposta direttamente dal frigo, all’armadio!
