Una volta erano i blog, i siti internet, le pagine vetrina. Poi sono arrivati i motori di ricerca, i portali per la prenotazione online e quelli per le recensioni dei servizi.
Un giorno tutto si è spostato su mobile, portando letteralmente nel palmo della mano di ogni viaggiatore offerte, commenti, mappe, dizionari e guide multilingua. Oggi realtà aumentata e virtuale offrono possibilità di interazione inimmaginabili solo qualche anno fa.
Ma come districarsi nella giungla del Turismo 3.0? E’ la domanda che si sono posti Fondazione Campus e Università di Pisa che, pensa che ti ripensa, hanno organizzato a Lucca un Master in Turismo e Ict (Information and Communication Technology).

Giunto alla sua seconda edizione, il Master punta a fornire strumenti di comprensione, analisi e prevenzione dei comportamenti del turista hi-tech che aiutino i partecipanti ad elaborare nuove campagne di marketing per l’implementazione di piani strategici digitali.
Tra gli argomenti trattati, paid media, mobile, social media, content management, listening e Big data, chiave privilegiata per la scelta delle strategie aziendali. Particolare attenzione è inoltre rivolta al turismo accessibile e alle nuove forme di fruizione del patrimonio storico artistico favorite dall’Ict.
Il Master include un servizio volto a favorire il placement dei partecipanti, con oltre 500 convenzioni già attivate con aziende del settore turistico.
Il programma prevede 288 ore di formazione totali tra lezioni frontali, company visit e workshop, a cui si aggiungono 6 ore dedicate all’attività di orientamento professionalizzante. In tutto 6 mesi, più 220 ore minime di stage.
Il master partirà nel mese di febbraio 2017 e terminerà entro il mese di ottobre 2017. I corsi si terranno presso la Fondazione Campus con una formula executive in cui le lezioni si svolgeranno nelle giornate di venerdì (dalle 9 alle 18) e sabato (dalle 9 alle 13). Saranno ammessi studenti, laureati e professionisti con una laurea triennale, magistrale, vecchio ordinamento o equivalenti conseguiti all’estero.
